Are you a results-driven operator who thrives in high-volume, fast-paced environments? We're looking for a powerhouse District Manager to lead 12–16 locations of our rapidly expanding pizza concept. If you build strong teams, crush performance goals, and lead with confidence—this is your next big move.

District Manager – Benefits and Compensation

  • $80,000 – $85,000 Base + Performance Bonuses
  • Full Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision
  • Car Allowance
  • HUGE Growth Potential

District Manager – Requirements & Qualifications

  • 3+ Years Multi-Unit QSR or Fast Casual Leadership (scratch kitchen experience a plus)
  • Experience developing and empower General Managers to hit and exceed targets
  • Overseen new store launches and ongoing growth
  • Background in pizza, chicken, or high-volume operations preferred
