We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Regional Director of Nursing to join our team overseeing nursing operations for a community with 126 apartments and 131 beds, ensuring high standards. The Regional Director of Nursing routinely consults with facilities in regards to (but not limited to): resident care, State & Federal surveys, regulatory compliance, and clinical services.

Regional Director of Nursing Responsibilities

  • Assess & evaluate clinical services to identify areas for clinical improvement and ensure quality of care
  • May be assigned to function as DON as needed
  • Reviewing candidates for RN Management positions
  • Supervise and mentor clinical staff, fostering professional development.
  • Establishes quarterly/annual performance improvement goals with clinical staff
  • Promotes core values, policies & standards of practice
  • Ensures compliance with CHC policies, State/ Federal regulations, and current standards of practice

Regional Director of Nursing Qualifications

  • At least 3-5 years of experience as a Director of Nursing or Regional Director of Nursing role
  • Candidate must possess a valid RN or LPN license
  • Must have previous experience in senior living and memory care.
  • Supervisory experience in healthcare settings
  • Exceptional interpersonal & leadership skills
  • Excellent knowledge of State & Federal guidelines

Director of Nursing Benefits
