Senior Attorney – Compensation & Benefits
Our client is a rapidly growing international law firm actively expanding its U.S. presence, with a focus on key markets and practice areas. The firm is seeking accomplished attorneys and partners to join its dynamic team across disciplines such as Corporate, Commercial, Employment, White Collar, Estate & Trust, Capital Markets, and Aviation/Equipment Finance, among others.
With a collaborative cross-border culture and global infrastructure, the firm offers a platform for entrepreneurial attorneys to grow their practice, strengthen client service, and tap into international resources.

You Bring:
- 10+ years of legal experience with a clear area of specialization
- A well-established $300K+ book of business
- Proven excellence in written communication, legal analysis, and client advisement
- Juris Doctor from an accredited and respected law school
- Experience at an Am Law 100 firm strongly preferred
- A track record of results and long-term client relationships
- A collaborative, growth-oriented mindset
