General Manager – Food & Beverage
Premier Executive Campus | Monday–Friday Lunch Service | Weekend Events
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to lead the Food & Beverage operations at a premier, internationally recognized campus that serves as a hub for businesses, foundations, and civic leaders. This is a rare and exciting opportunity to helm a refined, service-forward dining and events operation in a unique and prestigious setting.
About the Role:
This leadership position oversees daily lunch service (Monday through Friday) and bar operations (open until 7:00 PM), while also managing high-end events and banquets, which are primarily scheduled on weekends. You’ll lead a talented culinary and service team, deliver an exceptional guest experience, and uphold the highest standards of hospitality, service, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all front- and back-of-house operations
- Oversee weekday lunch service and bar operations
- Plan and execute weekend events and banquets with precision and excellence
- Collaborate with chefs, event coordinators, and senior leadership to deliver high-impact service experiences
- Manage budgets, labor, and inventory while maintaining quality and profitability
- Recruit, train, and develop team members to meet performance and service goals
- Maintain a culture of hospitality, professionalism, and accountability
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven success in a General Manager or senior leadership F&B role
- Strong background in both a la carte service and upscale banquet/event execution
- Ability to manage a structured weekday schedule while remaining flexible for weekend events
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- A hands-on operator with a passion for service and hospitality
