Are you an organized, compassionate leader ready to make a difference in the lives of older adults? Join our community as a Team Operations Director (Licensed Practical Nurse), where your leadership will directly support care teams in Assisted Living and Memory Support.
Team Operations Director Responsibilities:
- Recruiting, hiring & onboarding care team members
- Creating and managing team schedules
- Providing training and supporting new hires
- Overseeing infection control and central supply programs
- Leading performance evaluations and team development
Team Operations Director Requirements:
- Licensed Practical Nurse – Compact License or State of Utah
- 2+ years in team management, preferably in senior care
- Scheduling and staff supervision experience
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- High school diploma required; degree in business or related field preferred
Team Operations Director Benefits:
