We’re hiring a skilled, motivated Sous Chef to help lead the opening of a brand-new fine dining restaurant in Madison, WI. This is a hands-on opportunity to shape the kitchen culture, execute at a high level, and grow with a multi-outlet venue focused on quality, creativity, and consistency. Sous Chef Benefits:

Sous Chef Responsibilities:

  • Support the Executive Chef in all culinary operations
  • Lead kitchen shifts and ensure smooth day-to-day execution
  • Uphold food quality, safety, and cleanliness standards
  • Train and mentor line cooks and prep staff
  • Help manage inventory, ordering, and food cost
  • Bring a positive, hands-on leadership style to a fast-paced environment
  • Fine dining and/or multi-outlet experience preferred
  • Minimum of 2–3 years in a Sous Chef or similar leadership role
