A fast-growing food distribution and logistics company serving schools and institutions is seeking a Continuous Improvement & Systems Specialist to optimize operations, implement scalable systems, and drive process improvements across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead continuous improvement efforts across functions including inventory, CRM, project management, and procurement.
  • Automate workflows and integrate systems using tools like APIs, scripts, and AI solutions.
  • Build dashboards and data tools to improve visibility and performance tracking.
  • Train and support staff on new systems and process changes.
  • Manage cross-functional projects, meet tight deadlines, and support new business initiatives.

What You Bring:

  • Strong ownership mindset, attention to detail, and initiative.
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience with CRM/ERP systems.
  • Familiarity with APIs, automation tools, and AI-powered problem-solving.
  • Excellent communication and project management abilities.
  • Bachelor’s degree in operations, engineering, business, or related field.
