A fast-growing food distribution and logistics company serving schools and institutions is seeking a Continuous Improvement & Systems Specialist to optimize operations, implement scalable systems, and drive process improvements across departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead continuous improvement efforts across functions including inventory, CRM, project management, and procurement.
- Automate workflows and integrate systems using tools like APIs, scripts, and AI solutions.
- Build dashboards and data tools to improve visibility and performance tracking.
- Train and support staff on new systems and process changes.
- Manage cross-functional projects, meet tight deadlines, and support new business initiatives.
What You Bring:
- Strong ownership mindset, attention to detail, and initiative.
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with CRM/ERP systems.
- Familiarity with APIs, automation tools, and AI-powered problem-solving.
- Excellent communication and project management abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in operations, engineering, business, or related field.
