We are looking for an experienced Catering Executive Chef for our family-owned catering business. If you are passionate, creative, self-driven, and have experience working in an upscale scratch commercial kitchen, we would love to speak with you!

Catering Executive Chef Requirements & Qualifications:
- Must have 5+ years of experience in hotels, resorts, or catering venues
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
- Experience working under time constraints and ability to meet deadlines
- Clear and effective written and verbal communication
- Must have current ServeSafe certification
- Strong knowledge of diverse culinary techniques, cuisines, and menu development
Catering Executive Preferred Background & Skills:
- Stay current on food trends and techniques
- Instruct, train, and coach team members
- Conceptualize and execute new recipes
- Stay focused and level-headed under pressure
- Maintain a positive energy
