We're seeking a highly skilled Field Service Engineer with expertise in Electrical Discharge Machining (EDM), Laser Drilling, and Electrochemical Machining (ECM) to support precision manufacturing in the aero-engine and gas turbine sectors. Based at our new support facility in Greenville, SC and supported by our UK headquarters, this position involves nationwide and international travel to deliver expert service, maintenance, training, and repairs on advanced machining equipment. Field Service Engineer Qualifications:
- 5–10 years of experience servicing mechanical, electromechanical, or electronic equipment
- Degree in a technical field or equivalent hands-on experience
- Proficiency with high-precision, multi-axis CNC alignment equipment
- Strong communication skills and self-motivation
Field Service Engineer Responsibilities:
- Conduct preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, calibration, and repairs on EDM, Laser, and ECM systems
- Provide on-site and in-house technical training to clients and team members
- Maintain and calibrate tools, ensuring precise machine alignment
- Travel regularly across the U.S. to support client operations
