Our well established, local restaurant group is looking for a high energy culinary pro to join our team. If you're a hands-on leader with a strong work ethic and a “do what it takes” mentality, we want to meet you. Our scratch kitchen, farm-to-table restaurant is looking for a Kitchen Manager who thrives in a high-standards, high-accountability environment and is eager to grow into an Executive Kitchen Manager role.
What We’re Looking For:
- Austin Experience: You MUST have at least 2 years experience in Austin (current or prior) – This is not NEGOTIABLE
- Work Ethic & Drive: You believe in putting your head down, working hard, and taking pride in a well-run kitchen.
- Leadership in Action: Our KMs and EKMs are on the floor, on the line—not behind a clipboard or in the office. You’ll be a production manager, ensuring execution at the highest level.
- Growth Mindset: We want leaders who will control what's in front of them, take the bull by the horns, own their role, and grow with us.
- Systems-Oriented Approach: Our specials and recipes are developed by the Culinary Director—your job is to execute them to spec, manage operations, and develop your team.
- People Management: You’ll be responsible for leading, developing, and holding your team accountable in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Bi-Lingual: Highly preferred in English and Spanish

- If you’re looking for daily culinary creativity and menu development, this might not be the right fit.
- If you're more focused on what others are doing, than what's in front of you, this might not be a fit.
- If you're not a self-starter or don't have confidence to run a line, develop people, meet guests, this may not be a fit.
