📌 About the Role
As the Accounts Payable Clerk, you’ll play a critical role in maintaining financial accuracy and ensuring timely payment of organizational obligations. You’ll manage the end-to-end invoice process and collaborate with multiple departments, including Finance, Legal, and Tax.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities
- Process invoices and verify financial data for accuracy
- Manage invoice lifecycle from receipt to payment
- Coordinate approvals and liaise with internal stakeholders
- Respond to inquiries about invoice and payment status
- Support external service provider with processing tasks
- Supervise offshore processing team
- Assist with internal audits and ad hoc projects
Qualifications
- 2–5 years of full-cycle Accounts Payable experience
- Strong time management and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Background in Accounting or relevant coursework
- Comfortable in high-volume, fast-paced environments
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Experience with Workday is a plus
💼 Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: $70,000 – $75,000
- Bonus: 15%
- Profit Sharing: 14.3%
