📌 About the Role

As the Accounts Payable Clerk, you’ll play a critical role in maintaining financial accuracy and ensuring timely payment of organizational obligations. You’ll manage the end-to-end invoice process and collaborate with multiple departments, including Finance, Legal, and Tax.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• Process invoices and verify financial data for accuracy
• Manage invoice lifecycle from receipt to payment
• Coordinate approvals and liaise with internal stakeholders
• Respond to inquiries about invoice and payment status
• Support external service provider with processing tasks
• Supervise offshore processing team
• Assist with internal audits and ad hoc projects

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of full-cycle Accounts Payable experience
• Strong time management and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Background in Accounting or relevant coursework
• Comfortable in high-volume, fast-paced environments
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Experience with Workday is a plus

💼 Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: $70,000 – $75,000
• Bonus: 15%
• Profit Sharing: 14.3%
• Medical, Dental & Vision: Competitive plans
