A fast-growing, innovation-driven organization is seeking a Director of Talent Acquisition to lead all aspects of talent strategy, recruitment operations, and employee growth initiatives. This is a highly impactful, remote leadership role where you’ll build and execute scalable recruiting strategies, drive talent development, and enhance engagement—especially in a high-volume, multi-location hiring environment.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead the development and execution of high-volume talent acquisition strategies
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring a streamlined and inclusive experience
  • Mentor and scale a team of recruiting professionals
  • Implement employee engagement and retention initiatives across the organization
  • Partner with learning & development teams to support career progression and internal mobility
  • Drive employer branding efforts to position the company as a top workplace
  • Regularly communicate with internal stakeholders, ensuring clarity, alignment, and support

What You Bring:

  • 10+ years in HR/talent acquisition, with 7+ years in a leadership role
  • Proven success managing high-volume recruiting, preferably across customer-facing, service-driven industries
  • Strong experience in building recruitment and retention programs from the ground up
  • Familiarity with HRIS and ATS platforms (e.g., BambooHR)
  • Experience in dynamic, fast-paced environments—backgrounds in construction, warehousing, logistics, or similar sectors are a plus
  • Bonus: HR or TA certifications (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR, AIRS)
  • Must be located in EST or CST
