What You’ll Do:
- Lead the hiring, onboarding, and development of a high-performing team
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, including opening and closing procedures
- Manage inventory, order supplies, and maintain vendor relationships
- Collaborate on menu planning and execution
- Monitor financial performance, including income, expenses, and cost controls
- Foster a guest-first culture by engaging with customers and encouraging feedback
- Maintain consistent staffing levels and motivate the team during peak hours
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and service standards
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven leadership experience in an upscale-casual restaurant setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A hands-on, team-oriented management style
- Willingness to work flexible and extended hours as needed
- Familiarity with basic bookkeeping or restaurant management software
- Passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences
