What You’ll Do:

  • Lead the hiring, onboarding, and development of a high-performing team
  • Oversee daily restaurant operations, including opening and closing procedures
  • Manage inventory, order supplies, and maintain vendor relationships
  • Collaborate on menu planning and execution
  • Monitor financial performance, including income, expenses, and cost controls
  • Foster a guest-first culture by engaging with customers and encouraging feedback
  • Maintain consistent staffing levels and motivate the team during peak hours
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and service standards

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven leadership experience in an upscale-casual restaurant setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • A hands-on, team-oriented management style
  • Willingness to work flexible and extended hours as needed
  • Familiarity with basic bookkeeping or restaurant management software
  • Passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences
