Multi-Unit General Manager – Boston, MA
We’re seeking a dynamic, hands-on Multi-Unit General Manager to lead operations for two fast-paced, high-volume cafes in the Boston market. This is an exciting opportunity to join a rapidly expanding global brand that values innovation, culture, and exceptional hospitality. If you're a high-energy leader with a passion for building teams and scaling operations, we want to hear from you!
Multi-Unit General Manger Qualifications:
- Proven success in multi-unit or multi-department management
- 3–4 years of leadership experience in high-growth hospitality or consumer brands
- A natural motivator with excellent communication and team-building skills
- Operational expertise: systems, structure, and scalability for future growth
- Proficiency in POS systems, technology tools, and financial analysis
- A track record of growing brands and building exceptional teams
Multi-Unit General Manger Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations, guest service, and team performance across two Boston-area locations
- Recruit, train, and develop high-performing teams that embody brand culture
- Maintain and enforce brand standards to ensure a consistent, exceptional guest experience
- Drive financial performance, manage P&L, and monitor operational KPIs
- Cultivate a positive, energized workplace focused on growth and collaboration
