Position: Social Media Producer (Full-Time)
We’re on the hunt for a dynamic, trend-savvy Social Media Producer to join our team full-time. This is a role for a creative powerhouse who thrives in a fast-paced, ever-evolving landscape—and knows how to turn platform trends into standout, scroll-stopping content.

What You’ll Do
Create & Execute Thumb-Stopping Content
- Conceptualize, film, edit, and publish short-form videos across TikTok, Instagram (Reels & Stories), and Snapchat
- Deliver visually engaging, on-brand content optimized for each platform
- Work efficiently on fast-moving shoots, often with on-camera talent
Trend Tracking & Strategy
- Stay ahead of viral trends, audio, visual formats, and algorithm changes
- Use real-time platform insights to craft content that drives reach and engagement
- Apply platform best practices to boost organic visibility and performance
Own Organic Content Production
- Produce compelling, high-quality videos at speed and scale
- Adapt content to fit various brand aesthetics and audience expectations
- Maintain exceptional creative quality, even on tight turnarounds
What You Bring
- Expertise with mobile and editing tools like CapCut, InShot, Adobe Rush (or similar)
- Fluency in TikTok, Instagram Reels & Stories, and Snapchat content mechanics
- Strong creative vision and an instinct for what stops the scroll
- Experience working around talent and understanding on-set dynamics
- Ability to multitask, pivot quickly, and execute under pressure
- Passion for pop culture, internet trends, and storytelling through short-form video
