Restaurant General Manager – Hoboken, NJ
We’re seeking an experienced and dynamic Full Service Restaurant General Manager to lead a high-performing team and deliver an exceptional guest experience. General Manager Full Service Restaurant Qualifications and Responsibilities:
- 3+ years of GM-level experience in full-service or high-volume restaurants
- A track record of successfully hiring, training, and leading strong teams
- Solid understanding of P&L management, cost control, and budgeting
- Hands-on leadership of daily operations, including inventory, staffing, and service quality
- A team-first approach and commitment to leading by example on the floor
- Familiarity with scheduling platforms, vendor communications, or multi-location operations
- A leadership style that promotes accountability, teamwork, and service excellence
General Manager Full Service Restaurant Benefits:
- Base salary of $65,000 plus a performance-based bonus paid every 4 weeks (13 times annually)
