We’re looking for a culinary leader with at least five years of salaried back-of-house management experience in high-volume, scratch-cooking environments—ideally within upscale casual, polished dining, or fine dining settings. Corporate restaurant experience is a strong plus, but not a requirement.
Chef de Cuisine – What We Offer:
- Competitive starting salary of $60,000 to $75,000, based on experience

Chef de Cuisine – What We’re Looking For:
- Proven BOH leadership in operations, generating $7M+ in annual sales
- Background in upscale/polished or fine dining concepts
- Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is a strong advantage
- Experience in a steakhouse environment is a bonus, though not required
- Ability to lead and execute in a fast-paced, scratch kitchen
