Dedicated Family Medicine Physician – Southern Oregon
Salary Range: $235,000 – $280,000 annually
Schedule: Full-time | 3-Day Work Week- Student Loan Up To 75K Reimbursement– Relocation Assistance

We are seeking a compassionate, board-certified (or board-eligible) MD/DO who is committed to providing comprehensive, patient-centered care for individuals and families of all ages. You will work in a collaborative environment alongside a supportive team of providers, care coordinators, MAs, NPs, and PAs.

Dedicated Family Medicine Physician – Southern Oregon
Qualifications:
- MD or DO with an active, unrestricted license (or eligibility)
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
- DEA license required
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications
