Lead Clinical Therapist – Youth & Family Services (Indiana) $5,000 Sign-On Bonus!

We’re hiring a Lead Therapist to guide a clinical team serving children and families with complex needs. This leadership role is perfect for someone who thrives in both therapy and supervision. Must live near Fort Wayne, Merrillville, Indianapolis, Mishawaka, or Clarksville.

What You’ll Do:

  • Supervise and support a team of therapists
  • Provide clinical oversight and staff development
  • Deliver assessments, treatment plans, and therapy
  • Maintain documentation and partner relationships
  • Participate in training, on-call rotation, and licensure development

What You Bring:

  • Master’s in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field
  • Provisional or master's-level license (under supervision)
  • 2+ years’ experience in mental health with youth/families
  • Clinical supervision experience is a plus
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
