Ready to join the fastest-growing gourmet cookie concept in the country? We plan on growing 10 locations in the next 2 years! Our founders developed the perfect cookie recipes that continue to grow through a rotating weekly menu. Closed on Sundays!

General Manager Responsibilities

Strong leadership skills, ability to multi-task and be hands-on
Understanding of cost controls, labor and execution of a quality product
Hiring, training, motivating, and coaching employees as they provide attentive, efficient service to customers, assess employee performance and provide helpful feedback and coaching
Ensuring 100% guest satisfaction through the use of digital metrics
Establishing and achieving business and profit objectives
Maintaining a clean, tidy business, ensuring that signage and displays are attractive
Generating reports and presenting information for leadership and corporate review

Manager Requirements

Understanding of business management, financial, and leadership principles
Excellent communication, interpersonal, leadership, coaching, and conflict-resolution skills
Analyze processes and information, identify problems and trends, and develop practical solutions and strategies
Commitment to providing exceptional service to customers and support to staff members
Ability to utilize the software for recruiting and hiring, scheduling staff, ordering and inventory
