Brewmaster Requirements, Responsibilities & Qualifications:
- Brewing certification preferred (Siebel, UC Davis, etc.) but not required
- 5+ years brewing leadership experience
- Recognized and respected within the craft beer community
- Experience with beer distribution in Texas or the U.S.
- Deep understanding of brewing operations
- Strong vendor, distributor, and community relationships
- Lead brewing operations from concept to finished product
- Improve beer quality, consistency, and production efficiency
- Collaborate with chefs and management on beer/food pairings and menus
- Manage inventory, purchasing, and equipment maintenance
- Support expansion into new distribution channel
