We are a full-service high-volume restaurant group searching for a strong manager. Candidates must have big energy and enthusiasm for their team, food, customers, and a passion for the hospitality industry. Someone proficient in both the back and front-of-the-house would be ideal. ASSISTANT GENERAL MANAGER QUALIFICATIONS:

  • History of success in developing high-performing teams
  • Full-service restaurant manager experience of at least five years in a high-volume corporate structure
  • A Strong leader with a good head on their shoulders
  • Good work tenure, no more than two jobs in the last five years 
  • Experience working in a full-service restaurant with high alcohol sales
  • Must have at least $5MM sales volume experience
  • Must be able to train away from your home market for up to 8 weeks

ASSISTANT GENERAL MANAGER RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Hire, evaluate, and develop the staff
  • P&L responsibilities
  • Hands-on team leader
  • Develops and implements business strategies that are aligned with the company's brand standards
