Café Manager – Lead with Purpose, Serve with Heart

Cafe Manager Qualifications:
- 3–5 years of leadership experience in hospitality, retail, or food & beverage
- A confident, steady presence with strong decision-making and communication skills
- Operational know-how with experience in scheduling, inventory systems, and service flow
- A natural people person who thrives in fast-paced, guest-focused environments
- A genuine passion for coffee, food, and creating moments that matter
Cafe Manager Responsibilities:
- Inspire and lead a high-performing team through coaching, encouragement, and clear communication
- Set the standard for excellence in service, operations, and daily team culture
- Manage scheduling, payroll coordination, and day-to-day team logistics with precision
- Partner with leadership on hiring, training, and thoughtful onboarding to ensure long-term success
- Foster a supportive, high-energy environment that keeps the guest experience smooth and exceptional
