Come join a new restaurant team as their Restaurant Finance Specialist! You will have the opportunity to support a great team with administrative support, vendor management, invoice processing, and onboarding. This is an in-person role: 3 days in the Midtown Manhattan office and 2 days at the restaurant in Brooklyn. No late nights or weekends!!

Restaurant Finance Specialist Responsibilities:
- · Oversee the full cycle accounts payable process to ensure timely payment of invoices in line with vendor terms and payment schedules, including reviewing payment batches and initiating payment batches and ensuring inquiries and issues are addressed.
- · Prepare monthly AP accrual journal entries and schedules
- Strong Knowledge of GAAP
- Vendor relationship management and communication
- Invoice processing, coding, and payment
- Payroll review and processing
- Manage restaurant email communications
- Reporting of sales, financial, and guest-related information to the Executive team
- Calendar management and meeting coordination
Restaurant Finance Specialist Qualifications:
- 3+ years in Restaurant/Hospitality management experience
- Must know Quickbooks
- Inventory management experience (completing inventory, utilizing software, and reporting)
- Payroll processing and employee onboarding experience
- Excellent technology skills (GSuite, MS Office, hospitality platforms, etc)
- Outstanding organization and communication skills
- High level of proficiency in reporting, analyzing data, and presenting findings
