We are looking for a polished, professional, and dynamic individual to be our next restaurant leader. Candidates should have a high level of knowledge of food and wine. Candidates must have experience with Forbes and AAA rating programs.

This position requires relocation within Florida.

Fine Dining General Manager Qualifications:

  • 3+ years as a General Manager in a fine dining setting (preferably in a hotel)
  • 5+ years of experience in fine dining leadership
  • Strong knowledge of Forbes and AAA rating programs
  • High level of polish and professionalism
  • Experience managing a team of tenured, professional servers
  • High level of maturity and emotional intelligence

Fine Dining General Manager Responsibilities:

  • Manage the FOH team with integrity and professionalism
  • Work with the BOH leadership to ensure seamless production and service
  • Coach and counsel team members as necessary
  • Ensure high standards for service are met or exceeded
  • Create SOPs and standards to achieve high ratings from Forbes and AAA
  • Other duties as assigned
