Civil Design Engineer – Residential Projects
We’re seeking a Civil Design Engineer to support residential land development projects across the Pittsburgh Metro area and surrounding municipalities. This role involves designing and planning sustainable site layouts, grading plans, and permitting documents for luxury home communities and developments. You’ll collaborate with general contractors, builders, and municipalities to ensure each project meets regulatory standards and environmental considerations.
Civil Engineer Qualifications & Requirements:
- 3+ years of civil engineering experience in residential land development
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D
- Strong understanding of site grading, permitting, and local regulations
- EIT or PE license is a plus, but not required
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
