A renowned restaurant group is seeking a dynamic, experienced Seasonal Restaurant Manager to lead operations across four distinct food & beverage outlets in Montauk, NY. This is a hands-on, guest-facing management role perfect for someone who thrives in a high-volume, fast-paced environment and has a passion for hospitality.

You will oversee the daily operations of a rooftop restaurant, sushi bar, clam shack, and ice cream shop—each offering a unique guest experience under the same respected hospitality umbrella. This is a seasonal position with the opportunity to work with one of the most reputable F&B groups in the Hamptons.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of all four outlets, ensuring consistency in service, quality, and guest satisfaction.
• Lead, motivate, and schedule FOH teams across multiple concepts and shifts.
• Monitor and maintain standards for cleanliness, organization, and service execution.
• Work collaboratively with BOH leadership to ensure smooth kitchen-to-dining flow.
• Manage POS systems, inventory, staffing levels, and labor costs effectively.
• Respond to guest feedback in real-time, turning challenges into opportunities for improvement.
• Maintain compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
• Report directly to the Director of Operations and coordinate with ownership on seasonal goals and performance metrics.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of restaurant management experience (multi-unit or multi-concept experience preferred).
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume, seasonal environment.
• Passion for hospitality and guest experience.
• Experience with scheduling, inventory, and team development.
• Familiarity with a variety of cuisine concepts, including sushi and coastal seafood, is a plus.
• Flexible, energetic, and a team-first mentality.
