We are looking for our next Sales and Marketing leader to drive revenue and maximize the profitability of our hotel! We are looking to add a confident yet humble, creative and genuine, out-of-box thinker to our team. Candidates should come from a full-service, luxury background with experience in banquets and catering.

Director of Sales and Marketing Requirements:

  • 3+ years as a Director of Sales and Marketing for a full-service, luxury brand
  • 5+ years of experience with Banquets and Catering
  • Experience leading a team of sales professionals
  • Humble and genuine personality- no EGOS
  • Hunter mentality to finding and securing new business
  • Stable tenures and work history
  • Commutable distance to the property

Director of Sales and Marketing Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team with consistency and integrity
  • Collaborate with department leaders on offerings and event execution
  • Prepare financial statements and reports as required
  • Prepare and execute a marketing strategy that drives business and occupancy
  • Other duties as assigned
