Restaurant General Manager Benefits and Compensation:

Restaurant General Manager Requirements/Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a General Manager in an upscale, high-volume restaurant and hospitality venue generating more than $15 million annually.
- Extensive experience managing multi-unit private events, banquets, and catering operations.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, working with culinary and event teams to ensure smooth dining and event execution.
- Proven success in driving financial management results, managing COGS, labor, and operational efficiencies.
- Expert leader with emotional intelligence, adaptability, and keen ability to train and retain teams, foster customer loyalty, and improve overall restaurant performance.
