General Manager – Bring the Energy, Run the Show
We're looking for a high-energy General Manager to lead a fast-paced café where great coffee, fresh pastries, and positive vibes are part of the daily routine. What You’ll Do:
- Lead by example and set the tone on the floor
- Motivate and develop a high-performing team
- Oversee scheduling, inventory, and daily operations
- Maintain consistent standards in service, quality, and cleanliness
- Track performance metrics and manage to goals
What You Bring:
- Leadership experience in café, bakery, QSR, or fast-casual
- Strong people and organizational skills
