Maui vacation rental company is hiring a Director of Housekeeping to lead operations across a portfolio of luxury short-term rentals.

This position is located in Maui, HI. You must live, or be able to live on, this island.

Director of Housekeeping Benefits:

Director of Housekeeping Responsibilities and Requirements:

  • You must have 5+ years experience in a vacation rental housekeeping management role
  • You should have experience overseeing 100+ vacation rental properties
  • You must have a valid Hawaii driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • You should be local to Hawaii
  • You should be bilingual
  • You should have familiarity with vacation rental technology, (i.e. Streamline PMS and Breezeway)
  • You must have a genuine hospitality mentality
  • You will:
    • Manage and train housekeeping staff, managers, and inspectors
    • Oversee daily scheduling, quality control, and supply inventory
    • Collaborate with guest services and maintenance for property standards of excellence
    • Track performance metrics, labor costs, and guest feedback
    • Ensure OSHA and safety compliance
