Executive Chef | Shape a New Culinary Destination
We’re launching a brand-new American restaurant with heart, and we’re on the hunt for an Executive Chef who’s ready to lead and inspire. This is more than a job, it’s a chance to craft the culinary vision, build a powerhouse team, and drive a kitchen culture rooted in passion, precision, and pride.
Your Role:
- Take charge of BOH operations with confidence and clarity
- Build and mentor a high-performing culinary team
- Design and implement systems that ensure smooth, efficient service
- Maintain impeccable standards for safety, cleanliness, and consistency
- Manage food costs, inventory, and vendor relationships
- Collaborate with FOH leadership to deliver a seamless guest experience
Ideal Background:
- 3–5 years of experience as an Executive or Sous Chef
- Natural team leader with strong communication skills
- Proven ability to manage costs and streamline systems
- Experience launching a new concept is a bonus
- ServSafe certified or willing to obtain before opening
