Executive Chef | Shape a New Culinary Destination

We’re launching a brand-new American restaurant with heart, and we’re on the hunt for an Executive Chef who’s ready to lead and inspire. This is more than a job, it’s a chance to craft the culinary vision, build a powerhouse team, and drive a kitchen culture rooted in passion, precision, and pride.

Your Role:

  • Take charge of BOH operations with confidence and clarity
  • Build and mentor a high-performing culinary team
  • Design and implement systems that ensure smooth, efficient service
  • Maintain impeccable standards for safety, cleanliness, and consistency
  • Manage food costs, inventory, and vendor relationships
  • Collaborate with FOH leadership to deliver a seamless guest experience

Ideal Background:

  • 3–5 years of experience as an Executive or Sous Chef
  • Natural team leader with strong communication skills
  • Proven ability to manage costs and streamline systems
  • Experience launching a new concept is a bonus
  • ServSafe certified or willing to obtain before opening
