FINE WINE & SPIRITS STORE MANAGER'S RESPONSIBILITIES
• Assist all administrative duties and procedures over the store to include hiring, training, personnel management
• Responsible for maximizing sales and controlling expenses and profitability and run within budgetary guidelines.
• Oversee inventory control, reconciliations and maintenance of a full stock of all products
• Drive high-end customer experiences, engage new customers in the market by building positive relationships
FINE WINE & SPIRITS STORE MANAGER'S QUALIFICATIONS
• 3-5 years of upscale hospitality, high end beverage retail or mixed hospitality/retail management experience
• Solid computer, POS and inventory knowledge
• Organizational and customer service skills
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
