General Manager Responsibilities Include:

  • Mentor, coach, develop staff

  • Willing to roll up your sleves and work side by side with the team to accomplish store goals!
  • Full P&L oversight

General Manager Qualifications Include:

  • 3 years experience as a General Manager with an upscale dining background
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills!
  • Beer, cocktail, wine experience required!
  • Able to drive sales and control costs
