General Manager Responsibilities Include:
- Mentor, coach, develop staff
- Foster an environment of fun and hard work
- Willing to roll up your sleves and work side by side with the team to accomplish store goals!
- Full P&L oversight
General Manager Qualifications Include:
- 3 years experience as a General Manager with an upscale dining background
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills!
- Beer, cocktail, wine experience required!
- Able to drive sales and control costs
