Restaurant General Manager
(Upscale, Full-Service Dining – Multi-Unit Experience Preferred)
Location: Southern NH

Are you an experienced restaurant general manager ready to take your career to the next level? We are a fast-growing, independent hospitality group seeking a dynamic leader to manage one of our flagship upscale, full-service restaurant locations.
We’re looking for someone who leads by example, builds strong teams, and delivers outstanding guest experiences — with a preference for candidates who have managed multi-unit operations and worked in independent restaurant settings.

- Base salary up to $140k (DOE)
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations of a high-volume, full-service restaurant
- Lead, train, and mentor a team to ensure top-level service and hospitality
- Maintain food and beverage quality, presentation, and consistency
- Drive financial performance, including labor, food cost, and operational efficiency
- Foster a strong team culture with a focus on accountability and growth
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food service standards
- Collaborate with leadership to support strategic growth and improvements
Qualifications
- 3+ years as a restaurant general manager in a high-volume, full-service setting
- Preferred: Multi-unit experience and/or experience in an upscale, independent concept
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Hands-on management style and guest-first mindset
- Proven track record of team development and achieving performance goals
- ServSafe and TIPS certifications (or willingness to obtain)
