What You'll Do:
- Oversee daily cemetery operations, ensuring a high standard of service and care.
- Lead, inspire, and develop a team of operations and sales professionals.
- Foster community partnerships with churches, funeral homes, and local organizations.
- Implement and refine processes for continuous improvement and operational excellence.
- Manage sales performance and ensure an empathetic, customer-first experience.
What We’re Looking For:
- 2+ years experience as a Cemetery General Manager or similar leadership role.
- Proven ability to lead diverse teams with professionalism and respect.
- Experience with cemetery management software (e.g., Navex).
- Background in cemetery sales is highly preferred.
- Spanish-speaking candidates are strongly encouraged to apply — bilingual is a big plus.
- Community-minded: you've built trusted relationships in and around the funeral services space.
- A process-oriented mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.
