What You'll Do:

• Oversee daily cemetery operations, ensuring a high standard of service and care.
• Lead, inspire, and develop a team of operations and sales professionals.
• Foster community partnerships with churches, funeral homes, and local organizations.
• Implement and refine processes for continuous improvement and operational excellence.
• Manage sales performance and ensure an empathetic, customer-first experience.

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years experience as a Cemetery General Manager or similar leadership role.
• Proven ability to lead diverse teams with professionalism and respect.
• Experience with cemetery management software (e.g., Navex).
• Background in cemetery sales is highly preferred.
• Spanish-speaking candidates are strongly encouraged to apply — bilingual is a big plus.
• Community-minded: you've built trusted relationships in and around the funeral services space.
• A process-oriented mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.
