A local, growing local business is looking for the right Manager for their Plumbing Field Operations in the Dallas/Fort Worth region.
Location: Must be local to the Dallas/Fort Worth area.
Manager – Plumbing Field Operations Benefits and Compensation:
- Very generous compensation in place of benefits/bonus program
- Company vehicle is provided
Manager – Plumbing Field Operations Requirements & Qualifications:
- Significant leadership experience in new construction plumbing — NOT service plumbing
- Expertise in pricing models, pricing sheets, material takeoffs, subcontractor management, and material pricing
- Registered Master Plumber with deep knowledge of plumbing systems and codes for residential and light commercial builds
- Experience creating, implementing, and maintaining field operations procedures ("playbooks")
Manager – Plumbing Field Operations Preferred Background & Skills:
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus, but not required
- Existing relationships with home builders, plumbing subcontractors, and material suppliers in the Dallas/Fort Worth region is highly preferred
Annual salary between for the right Manager – Plumbing Field Operations $225K-$245k DOE
