Licensed Insurance Agent – Remote Opportunity
Join a high-performing independent insurance agency, specializing in health, life, Medicare, disability, long-term care, and supplemental coverage. They are seeking a licensed, detail-oriented professional to work remotely, focusing on delivering exceptional client service and driving agency growth.
Licensed Insurance Agent Responsibilities:
- Provide personalized insurance guidance and solutions to new and existing clients
- Manage policy renewals, client communications, and coverage updates
- Assist clients with claims processes and policy servicing
- Maintain accurate client records and ensure compliance with industry regulations
- Utilize carrier platforms to quote, bind, and service policies
- Contribute to agency growth goals and track performance metrics for bonus eligibility
Licensed Insurance Agent Qualifications:
- Active insurance license in one or more of the following states: CT, NY, FL, or TX
- Must be familiar with major insurance carriers operating in Fairfield County, CT
- Experience with health, life, or Medicare insurance products preferred
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and various carrier platforms
- Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently in a remote environment
- Reliable high-speed internet and a professional home office setup
Licensed Insurance Agent Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary: $45K-$55K + performance-based bonuses
- Hours: Mon-Fri, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM EST (Remote)
- Fully remote, but must work on Eastern Time
