Join our high-performing independent insurance agency, specializing in health, life, Medicare, disability, long-term care, and supplemental coverage. We’re looking for a detail-oriented, organized professional to work remotely to provide top-tier client service and operational support.
Insurance Administrative Assistant Responsibilities:
- Manage client communications and account updates
- Handle administrative and operational tasks
- Support agency growth with accuracy and efficiency
- Track performance metrics for bonus eligibility
Insurance Administrative Assistant Qualifications:
- Active insurance license preferred
- Strong attention to detail & ability to follow processes
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office & carrier platforms
- Reliable high-speed internet & remote work setup
Insurance Administrative Assistant Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary: $45K-$55K + performance-based bonuses
- Hours: Mon-Fri, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM EST (Remote)
- Fully remote, but must work on Eastern Time
