Executive Chef Requirements & Qualifications:
• 5+ years of recent experience as an Executive Chef or senior BOH leader in high-volume, upscale restaurants
• Strong tenure and progressive career growth with proven leadership results
• Deep knowledge and passion for Italian or Mediterranean cuisine
• Expertise in managing food and labor budgets, inventory systems, and vendor relations
• Hands-on leadership style with a focus on training, mentorship, and positive team culture
• Commitment to top-tier cleanliness, food safety, and sanitation standards
Executive Chef Preferred Background & Skills:
• Culinary degree or formal culinary training strongly preferred
• Experience managing outdoor dining, special events, or off-site catering operations
• Local candidates preferred; relocation assistance may be considered for exceptional applicants
