- Experience: Minimum 2 years in a management role within a high-volume theater (sales volume of $5 million+)
- Leadership: Proven ability to train, develop, and motivate a team
- Financial Acumen: Strong skills in cost control and achieving financial targets
- Tenure: Stable work history
- Attitude: Energetic, positive, and customer-focused personality
