We’re looking for someone high-energy and focused on creating amazing guest experiences to be our long-term Sous Chef. This individual will ensure every plate is to specification before it leaves the pass, maintain cleanliness to code, control costs, and create a team dedicated to guest experience.

Sous Chef Position Benefits:

Sous Chef Position Requirements:

·      2-3 years similar experience in a high-volume upscale or fine-dining setting)

·      Must have stable job history and references ready to go

·      Great with leadership of kitchen processes, consistency, and plating

·      No smokers, Strictly a non-smoking venue

·      Valid Servsafe or ability to achieve quickly
