Human Resources field operations background in QSR or Convenience Stores
Expertise with people performance managements platforms
Strong talent acquisition, compliance and development and training expertise
Manpower planning on a large national scale
You need to live close to a major airport – 50% travel is required
Solid leadership and team building experience
Ownership mentality
Good people skills
