Restaurant Assistant General Manager Responsibilities:
- Operate with a guest and quality food focus without compromise
- Lead a team of 30+ to exceed the guest's expectations on every visit
- Uphold brand standards, coach and develop a team that lives this with every action
- Understand the financial performance of the store and take action to improve on every shift
Restaurant Assistant General Manager Requirements:
- 5+ years in a salaried restaurant manager role, 10+years in operations
- Positive leadership style, hands-on approach to leading your team
- Full-service, scratch-kitchen branded restaurant management experience
- Financial acumen is critical to being successful with this brand
- Genuine passion for hospitality and growing as a leader
