A rapidly growing national chain with 3,300+ locations seeks a Senior Director of HR to serve as a strategic HR business partner to three Field Operations VPs. This fully remote role requires extensive travel (50%+) and reports directly to the VP of HR, with strong growth potential.

Senior Director of HR Compensation & Benefits:

Senior Director of HR Qualifications:

  • SHRM-SCP certification required
  • HR leadership experience in QSR or convenience store field operations
  • Expertise in performance management systems (e.g., 9-box), workforce planning, and national-scale HR initiatives
  • Based near a major airport

Senior Director of HR Preferred Experience:

  • Strategic HR planning across multiple disciplines (L&D, Talent Acquisition, Compliance)
  • People-first leadership style with a strong operational focus
