Store Manager Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience as a General Manager within fast casual dining concepts
  • Demonstrated success in leading and developing high-performing teams
  • Must have new restaurant opening experience
  • Strong computer skills and comfort with technology
  • Solid understanding of basic financial principles
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Unquestionable character and integrity
  • Experience working with youth is a plus

Store Manager Preferred Background & Skills:

  • Inspire, lead, and motivate the team to consistently deliver exceptional guest satisfaction and maintain top-quality product standards
  • Oversee the daily operations of the store, ensuring a seamless and efficient workflow
  • Achieve and surpass profit and loss objectives
  • Provide hands-on leadership in all aspects of product preparation and cleanliness
  • Effectively manage cost controls and inventory levels to support profitability and operational excellence
