Are you an experienced, dynamic Director of Concierge who is open to living and working near the Atlanta/Augusta area? Do you have the ability to lead our team in a high-volume, luxury resort setting? If you have the experience and passion to elevate our guest experience to the next level, we’d love to hear from you!

Qualifications/Responsibilities:
- Degree in Hospitality or equivalent experience
- 5+ years concierge leadership experience in a luxury resort or private club setting
- Strong tenure and a history of leadership success
- Open to relocating to the Atlanta/Augusta Georgia area
- Financial acumen for budgeting and expense management
- Exceptional communication, discretion, and organizational skills
- Lead and inspire the concierge team to deliver top-tier service while building lasting relationships with clients and members
- Uphold company values through integrity and attention to detail
