🎯 What We’re Looking For
- You currently lead a producing team of LOs and support staff
- You have the ability to bring your team with you (P&L or similar structure)
- You understand comp through the lens of margin, not just basis points
- You’ve recruited, trained, and retained solid producers
- You’re collaborative with Ops and focused on clean closings, not just volume
- Based in South Florida, with flexibility for limited travel to Orlando
