🎯 What We’re Looking For

• You currently lead a producing team of LOs and support staff
• You have the ability to bring your team with you (P&L or similar structure)
• You understand comp through the lens of margin, not just basis points
• You’ve recruited, trained, and retained solid producers
• You’re collaborative with Ops and focused on clean closings, not just volume
• Based in South Florida, with flexibility for limited travel to Orlando
