A well-established, reputable hospitality group in Wisconsin is seeking a strategic and hands-on Director of Finance to oversee financial operations across its upscale restaurant and event venues. Reporting directly to ownership and the executive leadership team, this role will play a key part in shaping financial strategy, ensuring operational efficiency, and supporting continued growth.
Director of Finance Benefits:

Director of Finance Responsibilities:
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes for multiple locations
- Oversee accounting operations, financial reporting, and cash flow management
- Analyze financial data and provide strategic recommendations to leadership
- Partner closely with Operations, HR, and Ownership on business strategy and investment opportunities
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations, tax laws, and internal policies
- Lead and develop a small finance and accounting team
- Implement and optimize systems to improve financial accuracy and efficiency
Director of Finance Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA or MBA preferred)
- 4+ years of progressive financial leadership experience, ideally in hospitality, food & beverage, or multi-unit environments
- Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial analysis, and operational finance
- Hands-on leader comfortable operating both strategically and tactically
- Proficiency with financial software and reporting tools
- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills
