Restaurant General Manager – We are interviewing!

We love our community and are proud to be serving our fresh, made from scratch fare! We are looking for a General Manager that is self-driven and goal-oriented to manage the business and direct the team to be the best!!

Restaurant General Manager Responsibilities:

Oversee guest services and create excellent customer service experiences
Mentor, develop, and discipline direct reports
Fiscal accountability
Ensure morale is positive

Restaurant General Manager Qualifications:

Strong leadership qualities and the ability to mentor team members
Likes to encourage and reward excellent behaviors and role model the standards expected from their team
Goal-oriented and successful at hitting targets
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Excellent written and communication skills

Restaurant General Manager Compensation:
